As a registered dietitian, mom, athlete and coach, the grocery store is a challenge not only because of the immense selection, but the marketing on the labels is very confusing. I truly believe the grocery store is the best place to learn about how to prepare for the week, decide on snacks for kids, as well as pick the food for your disease management.

It is a challenge and that is why I really enjoy bringing and meeting groups and clients at their favorite grocery store.

Reading labels, planning meals, working with your family’s needs for multiple meals between sports and such is what I love to do. Grocery store tours are great for decipher all the new products, reading labels and then creating a plan of action so you can get in and get out.
